These butter tarts were made to consume slighly frozen at first, but after discovering the soft chewy centre they are now served at rpm tempterature or warmed up.
We suggest storing these items in the freezer to keep the shell nice and crispy, take out to thaw for consumption 1 hour before eating. But they can be kept counter top for 1 week. Fridge for 2 weeks and freezer for 3 months
