Returns Policy

We currently do note take any consumable returns back as it is a practicing protocol of health and safety procedures.

However, returns of your rental prop items for your table graze and dessert tables need to be returned within 4 business days of your event date. This means if your event is on Monday January 1st, you will have to return the props back before Friday January 4th. There will be a late fee of $50 or more depending on the attendance of these props and if they sabotage another clients order.

Returned items need to be brought back to us clean or else there is a $30.00 charge that will be added to your credit card as part of an additional payment to your event.  Returned items that come back damaged or broke will also be billed to your credit card to the closest replacement item that is in stock. Most of our props are handmade items that are unique and custom made to work with our brand. Repairs for damaged items such as our wood board rentals will be sent to you directly from the manufacture/ millworker who designed the props for us. 

If you need to return an item and would like them to get picked up and or cleaned, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to prepare for the return items from your order.

Store Hours

We are open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

We also accept pre orders on Monday and Tuesday for pickup or delivery with scheduled times. The easiest way to do this is by ordering online. Walk in orders also available when we are open.

Online Orders

We have no minimum spends for any order placed online, both for pickup or delivery!

We offer same day, or scheduled orders.

We can accommodate same day orders if we can manage based on our pre-scheduled orders and the flow of walks in that day.

Pickup or delivery orders are done based on 2 hour windows. When you place your order select your window and it will be ready for pickup at the beginning of that window, or your order will be delivered within that window.

Delivery is offered on all orders at an additional price of $2 per kilometer from the store. We do not have restrictions on distance! We deliver every day. Monday and Tuesdays we provide scheduled deliveries.

Large Orders & Catering

Larger orders over $800 require at least 1 - 2 days notice depending on the season. We strongly advise you book any large or catering orders in advance to ensure we can fulfill your orders.

For requests for same day, we try our best to accommodate fulfillment of orders.

Pretzel Care

We always recommend eating your pretzels, breads and pastry same day to maximum freshness. But if you don’t finish everything all at once, we provide you with freezer bags for your items.

When you are ready to eat your yummy treats, please allow the pretzel to thaw outside of the bag on a plate. There is no heating necessary. 

If you prefer a chewing texture you can microwave your frozen pretzel for 25 seconds.

If you prefer a crispy butter layer, let the pretzel fully thaw and warm up on a panini grill for 45 seconds.

Keep in mind you can also purchase fully baked frozen pretzels at the store to allow for maximum freshness, just thaw and serve!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
