Our Soft and fluffy focaccia and very filling because of our dough being 4-5" in height.
We slice open the focaccia and spread sauces, load with meat or veggie and topp with arugula and spring mix.
These are cut into triangle slices. 8 slices per focaccia. This sandwich is meant to be served as a side platter to your main meal or charcuterie platter.
We often make these sandwiches for sporting events for the kids to come and enjoy on their break. (soccer, vollyball, basketball, dance etc.)
